Re: my previous message on clay pots

Misc.
I almost forgot....be sure to read the instructions on how to care for your pot that's in the book before you cook in it. All clay pots must be soaked in water...both top and bottom for 15 min. before cooking in it. Also oven must be cold when you put the pot in with whatever it is you're about to cook.
