Condiments for 100+ people

Misc.

Hello. I don't know if anyone will be able to point me in the right direction, but here goes.

My sister and I are throwing a 50th birthday party for my mom and we've come upon a problem. We are serving lunch, hamburger, hot dogs, but we don't have a clue how to figure out how many tomatoes we need, onions, pickles, etc. We expect about one hundred people.

If anyone knows of a site, or has tips for figuring such things out, please let me know. We just don't want to run out of anything. I've heard there are places on line that give estimates for how much stuff you might need, but I haven't been able to find them.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance.

Debbie
