Thank you for the information. It really helps a lot.

The big day is June 5th. My mom's birthday is the 10th, but this day worked the best for everyone. So far she doesn't know, if only it will stay that way, she thinks we are having a family reunion.

Thanks again for all of your help!! I like your ides for left overs too. That's one area I had not thought about at all.
