croquettes

Misc.

just found a recipe for you on www.swv.ie which is quite good. the only difference with mine is that I add 1 ts of gelatine soaked in water to the roux when it is hot and instead of using ground beef I use beefstew and cook the beefstew so I have a good stock. I shred the meat when it has cooled down.
