Recipe: Asian Spareribs (using hoisin sauce, roaster oven)

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
ASIAN SPARERIBS

8 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
4 large cloves garlic, minced
1⁄2 cup brown sugar
8 tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. chili puree (or chili paste)
1 tsp. five spice powder
6 to 8 lbs. pork spareribs, cut to fit into pan
2 tsp. salt

Preheat roaster oven to 350 degrees F prior to baking (maximum 15 minutes).

Combine first 8 ingredients. Sprinkle ribs with salt and brush with seasoning mixture. Place ribs in Cooking Pan.

Cover and roast at 350 degrees F for 1 1⁄2 to 2 hours.
