If you are asking for the freezer tomato sauce, you do not have to peel the tomatoes. Those are put throught the blender & the peels get crushed. For the tomatoes for chili...yes, I peel them. I don't like the pieces of peel in my chili or casseroles. Do it the quick way. Dip them in scalding water for a few seconds. Spoon them out into a sink of cold water. The peels will just slip off in no time. You can tell how long to scald them by testing. Enjoy answering your questions.
