Dear June: It will depend if it is imported pork meat or
Misc. part of the local production. Fortunately for us, most of the local pork meat is used for the internal market. Therefore we still have access to all those yummie products described by June. But, for the calory concious clientele, then, the imported pork meat is the recommended thing.
I dont even dare to mention some of the delicious appetizers that we love for Christmas & that are produced locally from our porks. They are anathema for the calory & cholesterol concious.
