Dearest Judy: Substitute for Sun Dried Cherry Sauce and Here is some information on TRAINA's

Misc.
Sun Dried Cherry Sauce:
Naturally sweet bing cherry sauce perfectly tops a warm bagel, ice cream or a crisp duck leg. For a more complex sweet and tangy tasting sauce, add balsamic vinegar.

Besides the above information, dearest Judy, I use a cherry mermalade mixed with Balsamic Vinegar to substitute the sauce. Either that or ordering the product directly to the supplier.
