Dearest Mickey: We did enjoy it greatly. Not only that, I

Misc.
prepared some white rice to serve it as a base for the chili. With that same rice & leftovers from the chili I prepared BURRITOS. I divided the Burritos between Seilita & myself & mine are frozen for one of these Sunday lunches with family & friends which are rapidly becoming a tradition.

The answer is yes to both of your kind questions. Seilita is a few blocks away from my home. They come frequently & I encourage them to come as frequently as they want. Of course, in my case is different & I try to respect their privacy to the utmost. This old new home is quite different from my previous city dwelling. By the way, that home is rented but I am looking forward to sell it in order to buy a beach cottage not far from Ponce. Another thing is that my townhouse was recently built in 1991 and was in perfect condition. This home needed some renovations because was built in 1966 (the year I graduated from my Bachellor's Degree). It is quite comfortable & with beautiful classic details but it needed a modernization of electrical conducts & of plumbing in general. I had invested in it but I am satisfied with the results. But as with all old houses it needs constant loving care & that is what I inted to do as long as I have the health & desire to do it.

Dearest Mickey, so glad that you are back with us.
