Delicious!

Misc.
Hi Gina!
This sounds WONDERFUL! I'll definitely try this one this week. I'm glad you're helping your husband reduce his fat intake. My husband has to watch it too, and is on Lipitor for high cholesterol. He eats lots of chicken and fish, and I make him eat lots of veggies and fruit. It's good for me to eat like that, too, but I'm a carb addict! I follow a modified carb addict diet, and eat only fruits, veggies, and protein for breakfast and lunch, and then I eat dinner (whatever I want, however much I want) but I set a timer and make sure I eat what I want within an hour. Then I'm through for the day! This plan works so good for me. I went off of it last year, and gained 30 pounds!! It was terrible, and I hated how I looked. Needless to say, I'm back on it again, but I still have about 15 pounds to go. I turned 50 this summer, and fat and fifty is NOT the look for me! :) I have LOTS of lowfat recipes, and will post some for you later today. Hope you and your DH stay healthy now! And be sure to keep us updated on the kitchen redo!
