Gina, I made this recipe last night for dinner and it was wonderful! We are doing the low carb diet at our house so we skipped the pasta and served the scallops over freshly steamed spinach, a trick I learned from low carb friends. My husband and my daughter loved this recipe. Thank you for sharing.
