Spinach

Gina, I have used both fresh and frozen spinach. I use the whole leaf spinach, not chopped. I even order this in restaurants if they are offering a pasta sauce that I can't resist. They can usually accomodate me. I am away from home right now, visiting my mother in Ohio who has been ill. When I return home to Tucson I will share some of my low-carb recipes and ideas. Nancy
