I have now discovered that you can make the chips two or three in advance and keep them crisp in an airtight container - if you hide them! I hid some specifically to find this out. I baked them on Saturday (for a pool party that got rained out, boo hoo), and they are still good today. I have another new recipe, for fruit salsa, that I will post when I have time again - my firstborn is graduating from high school this Friday, and life is very hectic right now!
