SLOPPY JOE CHICKEN AND RICE BAKE
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Manwich Sloppy Joe Sauce
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
1 cup rice (uncooked)
1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray bottom and sides of a 13x9-inch baking dish and spread raw rice in bottom of dish.
Season both sides of each chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; place on top of rice. Sprinkle chopped onion over chicken.
In separate bowl, mix Manwich and chicken broth together. Pour Manwich mixture over chicken.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Uncover, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake until cheese melts.
