Recipe(tried): Strawberry Nachos - More tips

Appetizers and Snacks
AJ:
I made the Strawberry Nachos recipe yesterday and loved them. Here's a few more tips. I found large tortillas that made large triangles.I sprayed the bottom of the tortilla with cooking spray before I cut them. Then sprayed the tops after I put them in the baking pans. Keeping them crisp in Florida is difficult and I think this made them crisper. I also used Splenda on the strawberries and in the sour cream mixture. Used low fat sour cream and Cool Whip. Next time I make them I will let guests assemble them by putting the strawberries and topping in bowls. Thanks for a different and delicious dessert.
