Easy Rhubarb Jam

Misc.
My sister made this and I tried it and the kids liked to. It is really easy and really tastes good!

Rhubarb Jello Jam

8-9 cups of rhubarb cut up in small pieces
4(I used 3 and found it sweet enough) cups of sugar
1 big pkg strawberry jello

Put rhubarb in a pot with the sugar. Cover with a towel and refridgerate over night. Next morning bring to a rolling boil on the stove. Cut heat down and cook on low heat for 20-25 min. Remove pot from stove and spoon the scum off. At this point make sure that there is no big lumps (I used a food prosesor and it worked great--children don't like lumps) After you are sure the lumps are out to you liking then stir in the jello powder. Put the pot back on the stove and boil it for another 5-7min. Pour into steril jars seal and enjoy!
