Recipe: Wagon Wheel Skillet

WAGON WHEEL SKILLET

1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Browning sauce (Kitchen Bouquet)
1 cup spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 cup kidney beans

Soak onion in milk for 5 minutes; mix in ground beef, egg, oats, salt and pepper. Spread in a 12-inch skillet; score into 6 wedges. Brush top lightly with browning sauce.

Combine spaghetti sauce with kidney beans; pour over meat.

Simmer, uncovered, until done, about 25 to 30 minutes.
