Hi Bonnie, I can't help you with your recipe but thought I just had to tell you that I lived near Ephrata till I was 15. My grandfather started Green Dragon Farmers market. Family history says He bought the prorerty which had a dance hall by that name, He tried to change the name to Ephrata Farmers Market but the name never took as everybody continued to refer to it as the green dragon. thought you might find this interesting. and in case your wondering? Yes I have Mennonite background infact most of my family is still mennonite. My maiden name is Burkholder. Hope you find your recipe.
