Freezing tzaziki...

Hi Maureen:

I have made tzaziki often but it gets eaten right away. If you wanted to, why don't you try and freeze just a small portion and then you would know what it was like after....I would tend to think that you could not freeze it cause the cucumbers would make it watery....but I could be wrong. Thank you for the tip of the ice cube tray....I did that with pesto one year....but I had a lot of basil that year....this year has not been so good cause of the wedding preparations, my herb garden was not the same as I usually do.
