ISO: draining yogurt and drying fresh dill

Misc.
I hope someone can help with these questions:

I'd like to make taziki sauce and the
recipe says to drain yogurt through a seive & cheesecloth.
I don't have cheesecloth....is there something
I could substitute for it??
Also....can you freeze taziki??

Regarding fresh dill....I have a "ton" in the garden and would like to dry it to keep.
Do I just dry it naturally or is there a trick?

Any suggestions would be appreciated....I've learned a lot from the ladies here!!!
