Thank You: Draining yogurt

Hi Julie
Thanks for the tip on drying herbs - which I've
never done before. Good timing - my neighbor
just gave me some fresh basil.
I'll dry both the dill & basil the way you suggested
I'll also use a cotton bandana to drain the yogurt
(I don't have any muslin)
Thanks so much for the advice.....this is a great web site - don't you think!
