Misc.

I'm glad you enjoy my recipes. Here are the answers to your questions:

1) Yes, I do haev one child who is 3 years old and will not eat much of what I cook except for anything pasta. He, like all other children, love mac n cheese (he is allergic to peanut butter so no pb&j). He is not much of an eater at the moment but that will change, hopefully.

2) My husband will eat anything. He is from a picky family but left at an early enough age to try the world out for size. He has even gotten me to eat some pretty strange things (chinese ducks feet, for instance - I didn't like it). So he will eat anything I make except when I try and put fruit into the meal somehow - he loves fruit but only separately. So no sweet & sour anything, no hawaiian anything. Other than that, he will eat anything. I also have to modify some of the recipes - he doesn't like really chunky pasta sauces - anything chunky gets immediately pureed. He is pretty easy to feed though.

I hope that answers your questions...
