G'day Becky, :)

Misc.

G'day Becky, Thank-you Becky, thank-you. It gives me a really good feeling to know I am missed. I am always here though, believe me, if I dont get to see this board EVERYDAY (even 2 or 3 times), I start having withdraweral symptoms. I am addicted to it. Same thing if I do get on and have nothing extra to add to the replies already there. Sometimes I have been beaten to the punch. Now I shall answer your question, then I have one for you A dessertspoon is half the size of a tablespoon, so if you measure out 2 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa, (or weigh out 1 ounce) you should be fairly accurate, as your tablespoons hold 15 mls. whereas ours down here hold 20 mls.
My question is:- What is citron? I have all the other ingredients for the Cake Dundee, but no-one seems to know what it is by that name. I even went to the Health food store, the bloke there was really nice, but just scratched his, and grinned, muttering, "Darned if I know". Love you all Angel. O:-)
