Gina, your dinner sounds luscious! Thanks for including the recipes. I LOVE spinach, but my family hates it. Whenever I fix the Tortellini Soup that was posted by Julie, I fib and tell them that the spinach in the soup is turnip greens. They love it, but they wouldn't eat it if they knew the truth.
