I made your eye of round roast with gravy tonight for dinner. It was delicious & so easy. It's definitely going to be one of my favorites. I served it with baked potatoes topped with cheddar cheese. It was a good meal. Thanks for sharing this recipe. Have a wonderful Valentine's Day.
