Hi Carol,

I am so glad you gave the roast a try...isn't it so easy to make and tasty too?

I have been making this roast all my married life (that's 16 years!! All the women in our family also fix the roast this way. The gravy is done and the clean-up is so so easy....we serve this roast for elegant meals when company is coming...people think you slaved all day for this accomplishment, if they only knew...
