I am tempted to try the chicken with some turkey I have shredded and in the freezer, even though one of my kids will not like it. He hates anything "creamy", but sometimes it is worth giving him some leftovers while the rest of enjoy some cheesy something or other!

And the lemon bars, yum! Tell me please, did you use Splenda? I am curious to know whether they would set with Splenda.
