Dear Carolyn,

The casserole came out perfect, it was very yummy!

As for the cirus bars, becasue my DH does not like citrus and these were mainly for me and the rest to give a way, I made them with sugar. They are delicious!

I am planning on making your Spinach pie today. I have some phyllo and I did buy some pie pastry (the one in the red box) to make a Spinach Ricotta pie too!

Hope to hear from you and some great recipes for Spring!
