Hi Gina!

Just thought I'd let you know that my "Mr. Meat & Potatoes" really enjoyed the Chicken Valentino, Bok Choy, and Salad.

I loved the combination of ingredients in the meal: feta, dried cranberries, sun-dried tomatoes, soy and sesame oil. Who would've thought these would all work on the same plate...but they do!

If you ever wrote a cookbook or even a book of menus I would be the first in line! Tomorrow, we will be having your Tuscan Turkey. The marinade smells lovely and turkey needs a little boost, I think.
