Recipe(tried): Baked Chicken 'N' Butter - Substitute Boneless Thighs

Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry
Our family calls this recipe Milk Chicken - a more economical and I think tastier innovation substitutes boneless, skinless chicken thighs (which we usually don't like very much)- in this the meat is so tender and delicious. I get compliments every time and my kids love it! I also mound up any extra flour on top of each piece when I first place it in the dish - this makes a great crust on top.
