Gina, I will keep this cobbler in mind for the peaches we will get later (soon!)

Misc.
It does look wonderful!

I am so glad you enjoyed it, and had a lovely visit with your grandkids. I bet they are a real party all on their own.

We have a heatwave forecast for later this week, to last about 10 days. I have some things to do in the garden this morning, abut I am avoiding going out because it is still chilly from last night. Overnight, the temperature seems to go down a lot, then it takes a while to recover the next morning.

Right now, we are picking blueberries, plums and raspberries. Strawberries and cherries are over already. I made a raspberry pie last week, and my guys thought it was sheer genius. I will be making another one this weekend, but will commandeer some help! They all want to know how it is done!

I have not cooked anything new lately, but am going to get my mind wrapped around "easy" and cool dishes for dinner in the hot weather we have coming. Sunday dinner will be Asian lettuce wraps, it does take a lot of prep, but they are soooo worth it.

Enjoy your time with the family.

All the best,

Carolyn!
