When I reheat the leftover soup for lunch, I'm going to add a pinch of thyme. I usually use marjoram, but was out so I flavored my soup with basil and parsley.
Wish I had seen your recipe sooner.

I'm cruising the recipes this morning, and planning the weeks menu before I go to the store!
