Recipe: Fruity Mulled Cider (using orange juice and pineapple juice)

FRUITY MULLED CIDER

4 cups apple cider
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon whole cloves
1/2 teaspoon whole allspice
2 teaspoons fresh or crystallized ginger pieces

Combine all ingredients in 3-quart saucepan. Heat to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes.

Remove from heat; strain through a fine strainer or cheesecloth. Serve hot.

Makes 6 servings
