Gladys, I may have to make a trip to town today to get some red peppers!

I have been hemming and hawing over whether or not to make the 40 mile (one way) trip to town this morning for a few errand that perhaps could wait until we go into the metro area (90 miles one way) on Friday. (To celebrate our 28th anniversay at our favorite little cafe with friends!)Your recipe may have tilted me in favor of making a trip to the grocery today! Sounds wonderful, thanks so much for the post!
