Gladys, re: Toasting Saffron

I have never done this so my question is - How do you toast saffron? How long? At what temperature? In the oven? In a dry pan on the stove? I've been toying with making Paella for the first time ever and this recipe sounds like the one I would like to start with. Additionally, I would like to use one of your tried and true recipes rather than a random recipe that I find elsewhere. For some of us who have been cooking for years, sometimes, even now, there are recipes that seem intimidating. With the many Paella recipes you have made many times and, posted lately, I think you have the expertise to answer this question :-)!! I know you can help. I want to learn how to make this, properly!!!
