Recipe(tried): Glady's Arroz con Camarones

Gladys, Oh boy! Did we ever dine last night :-> Yum!! I did make a few changes to your recipe (Arroz con Camarones), first by halving it for DH and myself. I also added Chorizo and clams, in which case, I guess it wouldn't be called Arroz con Camarones. Nevertheless, it was wonderful and really easy - much easier than gumbo, in my opinion. Thanks for the recipe and your guidance in toasting the saffron. I'll definitely be making Paella again.
