DELMARVALOUS OVEN DELIGHT
1 Delmarva chicken, 2 1/2 to 3 lbs
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3 1/2 cups Rice Krispies (finely crushed)
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Wash and dry chicken thoroughly. Melt butter with salt, pepper and paprika. Dip chicken pieces, one at a time, in melted butter mixture, then in crumbs, coating well; arrange in single layer in large shallow baking pan. Bake in moderate oven (350 F.) for one hour or until crispy brown and tender. This is delicious when served hot or cold.
