Iwas just mentioning the Women's Weekly "Biscuits and Slices" cookbook for "Posh Slices" and happened to look in their glossary which says as follows: "Golden Syrup: a golden coloured syrup made from sugar cane. Maple, pancake syrup or honey can be substituted" Also their measurement for a Swiss Roll Tin is 25cm x 30cm w/ little or no sides to allow for proper heat circulation". Hope this is helpful or interesting...Ta!
