Hi Frances, well i'm glad that i've provided you with a reason to use your pie dish! I wasn't sure about submitting the recipe because mum never measures anything and i don't measure the ingredients for this dish myself, so i had to guess but it's an easy dish and if it's not quite right the first time then it's easy to figure out what you need to change. I really hope that you enjoy it! I am thinking of sending a recipe for proper macaroni cheese next, made with real cheese sauce and not the packet one. What do you think?
