Dear Peggy: I have been looking for a sugar cookie recipe. I am looking for one that is soft and chewy. Is this recipe like that? I am not looking for hte rolled kind that you make sugar cookies out of, or a cookie that is a "cakey" texture. The one I am looking for is a round flat chocolate chip type cookie. Do you know the type I am talking about? Is this recipe that type? Thanks for any help you can give me. Mrs. Food
