is whole wheat flour, is that what you mean, or don't you have whole wheat flour? About the Graham crackers. When they are crushed to make pie crust, I would think that a vanilla wafer cookie could be substituted, just would not need as much sugar. Vanilla wafers are just a crisp sugar cookie and are sometimes used to make pie crust. Got a kick out of the golden syrup comment. It is frustrating not to be able to find ingredients, isn't it? I really enjoy seeing recipes and getting comments on this link from people in other parts of the world. I think sometimes we forget that the participation is so widespread when we make our comments. I am hoping someone will see this that has better knowledge of an Australian product that would be a good facsimile of a graham cracker. Now, do you have some good recipes that don't use golden syrup?
