Sally - cilantro

Sally, aren't some of these American terms frustrating to Aussies? I have finally worked out what a "stick" of butter is. This morning a recipe wanted "catsup" and I didn't think it was an ingredient from the vet's surgery. It turned out to be ketchup (American tomato sauce)
I'm getting my revenge, I keep posting recipes with golden syrup in them and it's not easy to find in US.
Anyway, I'm having fun surfing these US food chat boards.

The other two ladies have explained what cilantro is.
