Green tomato salsa recipe

Finally, here it is! My friend made some and it was good.
5 cups green tomatoes or tomatillos
1 1/2 cups seeded chopped long green chilis
1/2 cup seeded finely chopped jalapenos
4 cups chopped onion
1 cup bottled lemon juice
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 T. cumin
3 T. dried oregano leaves
1 T. pickling salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large pot, stir frequently over high heat until it begins to boil. Reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes, stir occasionally. Ladle into hot pint jars, leave 1/2 inch headspace. Process in boiling water canner for 15 minutes.
NOTE:
It is not safe to change any of the ingredients or amounts in salsa recipes. To do so may put oneself at risk for botulism.
