Hi Teresa! Just yesterday (4/30) I attended an Adult Ed class in Oskaloosa,
Iowa where we were given instructions on how to teach others to read and write
English. Some were geared toward students with learning disabilities, others
were geared toward ESL (English as a second language). It's exciting to me to
know that I may help others to learn to read AND write the beautiful English
language. It was also wonderful to see that you are one of those people who
desire to learn the language. My husband and I wintered in Alamo, Texas where
we developed many wonderful friendships with Hispanics, and Oh! those wonderful
Mexican dishes! We're back in Iowa now, and your recipes brought back some
memories of all those good Mexican restaurants. My mouth is drooling now!
Thanks for posting your recipes - give us more, okay?
