It is very interesting to me to read the menus of others, especially from another country. I have enjoyed these boards and are fairly new to them. Your menu sounds lovely. We are enjoying fresh vegetables here; squash, cabbage, vidalia onions and the watermelons are beginning to show up in our grocery stores and in our fruit/vegetable stands. It is nice to hear from someone outside of the USA. I hope you have a lovely day as well. Happy Cooking!
