1- caeser salad.....im looking for a recipe without egg & ancho-fillets?

2- how are custard filled doughnuts are made?

3- in italian resturants.....they serve with the dread sticks a lovely dressing or sauce a mix of olive oil,herbs,may be garlic or onion ....any one got a recipe?
