Help with Ground Beef for Dinner

Misc.

My Brain is fried trying to think of something new to fix, it is so hot 103 right now and I don't know what to make for Dinner. I can't use Box food like hamburger helper because of an allergy caused by preservatives, so I have to cook preservative free. I need Help !!
