Here are a couple........

Misc.

As was posted above, using all sorts of fruit slices and just adding a simple ribbon bow or flowers or nuts and berries. My mother in law just made some adorable angel ornaments. She took that twisty ribbon (the clear looking kind) and just tied a standard bow. She bought the plastic angel faces that are found around the bridal and craft sections at Wal-Mart. Just hot glued them onto the bow and presto!! She also took some of those really big, plastic snowflakes that are sold practically everywhere, and added ribbons, bows, german status(?) and a ribbon to hang them by. My sister-in-law just brought us back the cutest wall hanging from Pigeon Forge, Tenn. It is a double bow with a long piece of ribbon hanging down from the bottom of the bow. In the center of the bow, there is an oval wooden piece that says "Merry Christmas 1998". On the ribbon that is hanging down, it has 3 more smaller ovals (one for each of the members of my family). One has my hubby's name, the next has my name, and the bottom one has my little boy's name. REALLY CUTE for a family member. Hope some of these ideas have helped.

P.S. If all else fails, decorate a pine cone up with glitter glues and ribbons that are found in the craft dept.
