Here is my own low-fat chicken recipe.

Misc.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Skin chicken breasts. Lightly spray with canola
oil or vegetable oil spray. Sprinkle a medium amount or to taste with OLD BAY
SEASONING (yellow metal box). I use Old Bay Seasoning all the time in low-fat
chicken baking or barbequeing recipes--it is all-natural with an assortment of
peppers, celery salts, mustard, and spices and is available in supermarkets.
Let chicken bake about 15 mins. Spread apricot fruit spread over the chicken
breasts. Let bake until done (I forgot the time--I just pull it out when
done--sorry). DELICIOUS AND FLAVORFUL.
