here's what I do (re: noodles for soup)

I compare the different brands of "medium" egg noodles at the store & buy the narrowest ones. When I make my soup I just slightly crush them before adding & this gives me smaller bits of noodle. I've never tried making homemade noodles, but it can't be too difficult, just a bit time-consuming. Cali
